Control of Damaged Goods

Damaged goods control is a clause in cargo insurance that allows the insured to decide what happens to damaged goods, such as selling or destroying them. The clause aims to prevent damaged goods from being sold under the insured's brand name and to protect the brand's reputation.

This term applies to Sivan's Cargo insurance service.
