Countervailing Duties

A countervailing duty is a duty that an importing country imposes on subsidized foreign goods to offset the effect of the exporting government's subsidy. Like anti-dumping duty, it is applied after an official investigation and to a specific product from a specific country.

This term applies to Sivan's Customs clearance service.
