Cargo Owners Liability Coverage

Cargo owner's liability cover protects the cargo owner against third-party damage claims, for example when their cargo damages the vessel, equipment or other parties' cargo, or is subject to a general average contribution. It is separate from insurance of the goods themselves and covers the cargo owner's legal risks.
