Fees and surcharges

BAF (Bunker Adjustment Factor)

Bunker adjustment factor (BAF) is a charge that shipping lines add to the freight rate to offset changes in marine fuel prices. Its amount is usually set periodically based on fuel prices and the route, and it has a significant effect on the final cost of sea freight.

This term applies to Sivan's Sea freight service.
