Origin Charge

Origin charges are fees incurred in the country of origin before the vessel or aircraft departs, such as cargo pickup, handling and loading at the terminal, export customs formalities and document issuance. Depending on the Incoterms of the transaction, these costs are borne by the seller or the buyer.
