Export Declaration

An export declaration is a document that the exporter or its agent submits to customs to take goods out of the country, stating the goods, value, destination and buyer. It is the basis for trade statistics and for controlling prohibited goods, and in some countries, including Iran, it is the basis for tracking export currency repatriation.

This term applies to Sivan's Customs clearance service.
