NVOCC

A non-vessel-operating common carrier (NVOCC) is a company that provides sea freight services and issues its own bill of lading but does not own the vessel, buying space on ships from shipping lines. By consolidating customers' cargo, these companies usually get better rates and offer LCL services.

This term applies to Sivan's Sea freight service.
