Incoterms
Incoterms are a set of international rules from the International Chamber of Commerce that define which costs and risks in a transaction fall on the seller and which on the buyer, and where the goods are delivered. Rules such as EXW, FCA, FOB and CIF are among the most common, and the current version is Incoterms 2020.
This term applies to Sivan's Import goods service.
