CFS (Container Freight Station)
A container freight station (CFS) is a facility at or near the port where LCL shipments are collected and stuffed into a shared container. At the destination port, LCL containers are also opened at this type of facility, and each consignee's cargo is separated and prepared for clearance and delivery.
This term applies to Sivan's Less than container load (LCL) service.
